As the title says this is a guide to your stats. Each stat has a different effect on your battle. This guide is here for a reason.
Health Points
HP is obvious. It's what keeps you alive in a match. It is Health Points and when your points reach 0 your lose the battle. Please keep in mind that there is no blood simulator in battle. The cutting of limbs results in digital substitute for the blood. Although some characters may lose oil, or green fluid depending on the type of duel avatar you are facing. The lower your health goes the weaker your avatar becomes. Treat the game realistically because the damage is being simulated towards your Real Life Character.
Mana Points
MP is what you use in a battle to use your abilities. You have a set MP it cannot be increased in a battle and automatically refills to the max in a different battle. Anything relating to abilities and maybe even weapon effects uses mana. Please keep this in mind as you make your characters abilities and weapons. Mana is the use of special data that improves your skills and gives you an advantage in battle.
Attack
Attack is used for close range physical attacks. This would include swords, knives, spears, melee and etc. These type of attacks are usually performed manually by a player's body. Keep in mind that when you attack you use your physical capabilities to enhance your weapon strength. This is not weapon strength, but rather the physical strength of a duel avatar to perform tasks.
Defense
Defense is what protects you from being defeated right away. It would be in the form of armor.
Intelligence
Intelligence is used for Non-physical indirect damage. This could be in the form of energy, confusion, illusion, realism, sound, and others.
Dexterity
Dexterity is used for long distance physical attacks. These attacks are weapons like bows and guns.
