Ability Name:Black Hole Knuckle
Mana Cost: 50 points per activation.

Effect:Temporal Distortion and Slow Breakdown of impact points
Description:The generators begin an energy charge focused in the arms of Gygas. These form Micro Black holes in place of his fists. The damage all depends on Gygas' defence+attack-150. If the generators stay running for at least 4 posts, the attack initiates "OBLIVION" status, in which the next hit will completely obliterate whichever body part it touches.(lasts one punch, Then "OBLIVION" is unusable for the rest of the fight) Each hit slowly distorted the opponents mind and causes mild confusion.
Drawbacks:Can be dodged fairly easy depending on Opponents Intelligence vs Gygas'. "OBLIVION" is only used once per fight, once used, the generators must cool down for 4 posts. but the generators can be re-activated after cooldown is up. While generators are cooling, Gygas' attack power is lowered by 50%.

Ummm... Not that I don't like what you've done, but why is it you have a gundam tech that implies a .//hack style break effect? If I may also point out, if its something this destructive, the cooldown is too short for something so impactful to an avatar. Now in a reply to this, explain to me what and where these generators are. Otherwise the abiltiy becomes more OP than it already is.

If you look at my duel avatar, Then generators are located on his arms and his shoulder blades. They are the yellow spheres on the shoulders and arms. and I did the "break" without realising .hack's BREAK. its not generally the same though, Break happens to the opponent in .hack and Break here signals the attack is prepare for the instant oblitorate status. I made an attempt to fix the mistakes, and if its needed, I will take away the "BREAK" (now known as OBLIVION) completely from the attack if it seems too OP.

Looking at your duel avatar necessarily means nothing. When describing an ability, you need to describe everything the ability does to activate in its description, including where. Also, since the stat formula has changed, go ahead and edit it around to exclude point variations.
Concerning the generators, is it possible to block a generator if someone was to initially get hit with your ability? If so, what were to happen in said situation?
One last comment to add, "Temporal Distortion and Slow Breakdown of impact points" as you said in your post, is a little too OP to have as a level one ability. You may want to adjust it.
